    We are seeking a dedicated PRN (as needed) Concierge/Receptionist to join our team at The Legacy at North Augusta. This is an on-call position with variable hours that can include weekends and evenings, based on the facility's needs, with no set or guaranteed schedule. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are flexible, excel in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

    Your Role as Concierge/Receptionist

     

    As our Concierge/Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that greets our residents and visitors. This role requires a blend of customer service excellence, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Warmly greet and direct patients, visitors, and team members upon arrival

    + Manage multiple phone lines, answering calls promptly and professionally

    + Check-in patients, verifying and updating their information in our system

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

    + Assist with various administrative tasks

    + Provide general information about our community and services

    + Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

    + One-year of experience as administrative support preferred

    + Previous experience in customer service or healthcare reception

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

    + Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

    + Exceptional multitasking skills without compromising on accuracy

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service

    + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day

    + Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

    Job Type: On call | As Needed
