Responsibilities
+ Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments for assigned residents
+ Assumes responsibilities for the care of assigned residents, as needed, based on staffing fluctuations
+ Prepares and administers medications, medical and nursing treatment, and nursing treatment to meet medical orders and the interdisciplinary plan of care as assigned.
+ Leads development of overall resident’s service plan utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach
+ Provides team member training related to each resident’s service plan
+ Provide clinical oversight and leadership in resident care management
+ Assume direct care responsibilities as needed, adapting to staffing fluctuationsAssist with onboarding new nursing team members
+ Ensure completion of clinical training competencies during orientation
+ Evaluate ongoing clinical skills of nursing staff
Requirements
+ Associate Degree in Nursing required
+ LPN license in the state employed
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility
+ Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; able to maintain confidential information
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
Salary: Based on experience with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
