+ Opening for full-time Lead Classroom Assistant 37.5 hours (8am-3:30pm Mon-Fri)

+ 221-day school program serving students with autism and IDD

Responsibilities

+ We are searching for an **enthusiastic** and **energetic** Lead Classroom Assistant that enjoys working with young adults with autism and IDD and has a desire to **contribute** to their lives in positive ways.

+ We are looking for a **passionate** TEAM member who is **committed** to making a difference every day.

+ You will work closely as a **team** with the Head Classroom Teacher and Behavior Specialist to ensure implementation of student IEP objectives.

+ You will _work directly with students,_ review data, monitor student progress, and modify student programming to **ensure** student **success** .

+ Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in **Education** , **Applied Behavior Analysis** or related field.

Responsibilities include:

+ assists in the development and implementation of teaching strategies, instructional plans and behavior support plan.

+ Case manages and provide parent training for assigned students.
