Towerlgiht on Wooddale is looking for a **Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide** whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful location in St Louis Park, MN. No CNA MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.
This part-time caregiver schedule includes;
+ 48 hours per two week pay period
+ Evening shift; shift differential of $1/hr
+ Every other weekend Sat/Sunday

**TowerLight Senior Living** is located in historic St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Only 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, we are near public transportation and the crossroads of Highways 7 and 100. Our community offers 115 units of beautifully appointed Independent Living Apartments, innovative Assisted Living Apartments, state-of-the art Memory Care and Enhanced Care Suites (as well as an intergenerational day care). Our tenured team ensures a strong commitment to delivering high end comfort and the best senior care available for our residents.
Responsibilities:
+ Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
+ Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
+ May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
+ Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
+ Assists with onboarding of new staff.
Required Qualifications:
+ Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
+ Ability to work in a team setting and support others
+ Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
+ CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
+ Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
