Please Note this position supports our 2** **nd** **Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2** **nd** **Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering. May interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

4 Years with HS or GED 2 Years with AA Degree 0 Years with BS degree

Ability to secure a secret clearance.

Experience leading teams.

Experience with MS productivity software.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

**Preferred Secret Clearance** , experience leading teams, and running projects.

Seeking a servant leader with a willingness and drive to learn and grow in the company.

Direct Microwave manufacturing preferred but other manufacturing experience welcome.

Continuous improvement experience a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.

Ability to work well within a cross functional team.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
