    Salary range: $70,720k- 104K annually

We're seeking a passionate **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join our growing team and help children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.

    + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.

    + Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.

    + Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.

    + Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.

    + Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.

    Qualifications:

    + Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

    + Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.

    + One year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred (CF candidates are welcome to apply!).

    + Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).

    + Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
