    Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join a newly renovated Family Medicine clinic in Canby, Oregon. This small, close-knit team of providers recognizes the importance of integrative behavioral health services under the patient-centered medical home model. Canby is both a growing community for young families and also has established multi-generational families, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable seeing patients through the lifespan. The behavioral health provider will also partner with Canby High School for suicide prevention initiatives. Enjoy collaborating with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team that is expecting to grow over the next few years, and experience a healthy work-life balance in the Willamette Valley on the outskirts of Portland.

     

    * Monday to Friday schedule

    * Ideal candidate will have experience with primary care behavioral health care, including consultations, warm hand-offs and brief interventions for individual and group treatment

    * Preference for candidates that understand rural healthcare and patients with complex medical diagnoses
