Position Description

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD) is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and properly vetting new customer accounts. You will ensure all forms are properly completed, and that all required documentation have been provided from the customer. You will communicate over email and phone, to obtain any missing and\/or outstanding items from the customer. Additional responsibilities include; processing payments, customer service, sorting incoming mail and other assigned duties.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent~^~Exceptional written and verbal communication skills~^~Excellent customer service skills~^~High level of attention to detail~^~Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe~^~Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
