    Zantech is looking for a talented Sr Operations Research Analyst with a Secret Clearance to examine workforce data on size, certification, professional development, demographics, and other factors.

     

    This upcoming position will be analyzing AcqDemo program data and providing metrics and trend analysis for Air Force acquisition workforce initiatives.

    Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

    + Analyze workforce data on size, certification, and demographics

    + Analyze AcqDemo program data across the Air Force

    + Study acquisition workforce development fund initiatives

    + Prepare data analysis and metrics for strategic planning

    + Analyze management problems and recommend solutions

    + Apply scientific inquiry to recurring problems

    + Develop alternative courses of action for decision makers

    + Forecast training and accession requirements

    Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

    + 10+ years of relevant experience

    Required Certifications/Education:

    + Master's degree

    Required Security Clearance:

    + US Citizenship and with an Active Secret clearance, per contract requirements.
