Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to launch your accounting career with a stable, growing company? 💼 We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Main Office in Bellmawr, NJ!

• What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Accounting Team by:

+ 📥 Processing and following up on high-volume invoices

+ 🧾 Ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time

+ 📞 Communicating with vendors and internal teams

+ 🧮 Keeping everything running smoothly and on deadline

• What You Bring to the Table:

+ 📚 At least 1 year of A/P, A/R, Billing or Administrative experience

+ 💻 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

+ ➕ Strong math skills

+ ⏱ Ability to meet strict deadlines
