    Job Overview

     

    Shipping/Vendor Clerk

     

    Full-Time | $20+ per hour

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate forklift for material weighing and counting

    + Create POs, pack lists, and load sheets in TCM

    + Coordinate LTL and UPS shipments

    + Confirm receipts and update TCM reports

    + Manage inventory, cycle counts, and weekly purchasing

    + Track and log hot parts, fuel receipts, and trip reports

    + Complete forklift inspections and manage pull lists

    + Wrap, label, and prepare shipments

    Qualifications:

    + Forklift certification and experience

    + Experience with TCM or similar inventory systems

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    + Advanced computer skills (data entry and MS Office)
