    Ghostrock,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Technical Librarian Assistant.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Plan, administer & perform tasks involved in the operation and maintenance of an engineering technical library.

    + Adjust or update library and reproduction procedures.

    + Maintain the collection of technical publications, specifications and manufacturer’s catalogs.

    + Maintain annual subscriptions to technical publications.

    + Maintain electronic master files used in the cross reference of all classes of ships.

    + Archive original drawings and documents in the library for preservation.

    + Regularly perform reviews, evaluation & updates of archived items to determine retention value.

    + File, index and update all reference materials as required.

    + Assist others in the location of needed library records.

    + Operate standard industry electronic and/or computer equipment used to produce reproductions, drawings and similar records.

    Position Requirements:

    + **_US Citizen_**

    + **_Only candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance (or higher) will be considered for this position._**

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    + A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

    + A working knowledge of PowerPoint, SUPDESK, Business Objects and (MRQT) Material Requirements tool.

    + Experience at Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC) is advantageous.
