Raytheon’s Strategy team is looking for a **Senior Strategy Manager** to join our team. In this role you will conduct comprehensive market, competitive, and financial analysis to support the development and execution of Raytheon strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and ensuring its competitive edge in the market.

This Onsite position will be in one of the following Raytheon locations: Woburn, MA; McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; Farmington, CT or Arlington, VA.

Relocation assistance is not provided.

Some travel may be required to other RTX and target company sites.

What You Will Do

+ Responsibilities include performing analyses, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management, and assisting in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

+ Lead research analysis and development of strategy on major deliverables.

+ Use budgetary analysis to determine market size, market growth rates, identification of key market segments, and competitor position in markets.

+ Provide timely analysis of market trends and key customer budgetary perspectives.

+ Work with strategic business units to understand market segments and competitive landscape critical to their strategy execution.

+ Develop new tools and visualizations to support internal deliverables and business needs.

+ Assist with process automation and improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

+ Experience working in the defense industry.

+ Experience in project management.

+ Experience in data visualization, storytelling, research and/or data analysis. (ex. sensitivity analysis, business case development, market assessments).

+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Advance degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Science or Mathematics.

+ Active / transferable Secret, Top Secret and SCI clearance.

+ Experience on an internal corporate strategy team or top tier consulting firm or with strategic decision-making frameworks.

+ Extensive knowledge of the U.S Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.

+ Experience with Power BI and other data analysis software.

+ Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for strategic planning.

+ Excellent communication skills for communicating complex information.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Creative, accountable professional with results-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
