Role Description
Are you a creative team player who loves producing meaningful projects, events or content that bring enjoyment to others? Are you excited to work on all things production, hoping that every day brings a new experience? As a Co-op in the RJR Forum and on the Town Hall Team, you’ll get just that! From celebrity fireside chats, to live performances, cultural celebrations to corporate presentations, every day is a different event with different challenges. In this role, you will be able to participate in every step of the production journey, from planning to execution.
In this role, you will be closely involved in executing live events. Live events always have the risk of something not going to plan. You will have the opportunity to think on your feet and react to real-time pivots by the Production Team, or the Client. This requires a cool head, a clear thinker and creative problem-solver. Other times, Clients ask for elements for their production that are out of the typical scope of a Forum Production. This requires creativity to accomplish the request or the ability to offer alternative solutions that achieve the same goal.
You will be supporting events across all functions of Comcast. The messages delivered will be from the highest levels of the organization and will be key in conveying the goals and objectives of the company. The Clients to the Forum rely on the Town Hall team to make this message delivery as frictionless and as engaging as it can be. The RJR Forum is referred to as the Heartbeat of the Campus and the team supporting it is small but mighty and relies on its Co-ops to fully add to the success of the team.
