Program Overview
The Comcast Cooperative Educational Program (Co-op) immerses students into the daily operations of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. Designed for students whose curriculum allows for a cooperative learning track, the co-op becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units. Throughout the experience, there is opportunity for exposure to mentorship and professional development while having some fun along the way.
Comcast’s Technology, Product & Experience (TPX) organization works at the intersection of media and technology. Our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products that transform the customer experience. From creating apps like TVGo to new features such as the Talking Guide on the X1 platform, we work every day to make a positive impact through innovation in the pursuit of building amazing products that are enjoyable, easy to use and accessible across all platforms. The team also develops and supports our evolving network architecture, including next-generation consumer systems and technologies, infrastructure and engineering, network integration and management tools, and technical standards.

Overview of the Role & Core Responsibilities
This position has key responsibilities in Program Management execution focused on managing initiatives that enhance and/or remediate telemetry supporting our Critical Infrastructure environment. This includes:
+ Support analysis and reporting across multiple projects.
+ Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks, and changes
+ Provides research and assistance to leadership in program execution (analysis, planning, testing, monitoring, reporting)
+ Telemetry program execution and roadmap development supporting Critical Infrastructure
+ Support CI Standards alignment and strategy.
+ Support strategic initiatives through cultivating our competitive advantage by supporting better processes, tools, and training.
+ Administer planning and prioritization of technical programs ensuring it aligns with strategy, independently identifying root cause analysis, mitigation, impacts, dependencies, and finding solutions.
+ Keep abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, and industry standards.
Job Responsibilities
In this position, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ Help construct and manage project/delivery plans, action items, and issues tracking
+ Monitor the daily progress of projects
+ Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
+ Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
As our Co Op, you’ll collaborate with our seasoned, technical program staff supporting our Telemetry platform. The tool utilized to support these efforts is Foreseer.
Supporting the Critical Infrastructure alarms monitoring and control of thousands of devices on our Comcast network, Foreseer is an electrical power monitoring system (EPMS) that connects our operation’s vast array of devices. Foreseer facilitates real-time power and environmental system monitoring at a single facility or multiple locations, helping us reduce power consumption costs and avoid unplanned downtime due to system failure.
Our NFE Program Management Office
The Network Facilities and Energy (NFE) PMO team connects core infrastructure engineering (architects, engineers, data analysts, developers) and operations to solve for and strategize Critical Infrastructure needs of our network. We inspire and collaborate with Vendors and a pile of technically-adept-but-not actually technical product folks as well. Our team is a diverse collection of professionals covering several facets (Telemetry, Energy, Engineering, Asset Management) and disciplines supporting the intricate Facility needs of our network of > 1600+ data facilities. We’re a group of curious, technical minds who inspire collaboration, problem solving, innovation as we execute initiatives that drive availability, stability, and reliability of our network. Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
+ Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
+ Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
+ Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
