    Opportunity

     

    Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Answer guest requests and review the menu.

    + Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system.

    + Process payment transactions.

    + Retrieve and clear carts and trays upon request.

    + Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.

    + Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

    + Serve food and beverage per the guest’s request.

    + Assist with stocking and maintaining par stock levels and side station.

    + Help with monitoring and cleaning hotel hallways and service areas.

    + Assist in delivering, setting up, and organizing amenities for guest rooms.

     

    We have Full-Time & Seasonal opportunities available. Working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 5:00pm to 11:00pm.

    Skills/Requirements

    + Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply

    + Previous experience as a server, preferred

    + The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
