    Summary:

    Responsible for sorting incoming U.S. mail and outgoing Inter-office mail for delivery to the Lockbox Department, East, Upper East and Southeast Financial Centers, Maryville Data Center, Memphis Mail Services and Knoxville Call Center. Prepare outgoing U.S. mail for delivery to USPS by processing thru Pitney Bowes mail equipment. Pick up and deliver all interoffice mail for Knoxville Call Center. Accept incoming UPS, FEDEX and USPS packages and scan into WTS tracking system for record of receipt. Prepare outgoing UPS and FEDEX packages for pickup.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Sort incoming U.S. mail (includes Lockbox mail) and outgoing Inter-office mail for delivery to the Lockbox Department, East, Upper East and Southeast Financial Centers, Maryville Data Center, Memphis Mail Services and Knoxville Call Center.

    + Prepare outgoing U.S. mail for delivery to USPS by processing thru Pitney Bowes mail equipment. Prepare outgoing UPS and FEDEX packages for pickup.

    + Pick up Incoming U.S. mail from Knoxville and Maryville USPS. Pick up and deliver all interoffice mail for Knoxville Call Center. Deliver outgoing U S mail to USPS.

    + Accept incoming UPS, FEDEX and USPS packages and scan into WTS tracking system for record of receipt.

    + Maintain various department logs and records that track volumes and productivity in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.

    Education / Experience:

    + High School Diploma

    + 0-2 Years

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Ability to clearly read figures.

    + Ability to pay attention to detail and concentrate on work in spite of several distractions and meet deadlines.

    + Ability to work quickly without errors.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Self-Motivating.

    + Dependable.

    + Ability to stand 4 hours a day.

    + Monday - Friday

    + 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
