    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.

    + Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs that support office growth and quality care.

    Qualifications:

    + Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapy (PT) License in the state of **Tennessee** with a four-year college degree.

    + Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry.

    + Must have experience with Medicare and OASIS documentation

    + Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office team with a focus on quality care.

    + Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable.

    + Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with the community and represent BAYADA.

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
