Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Interoperability Analyst II is a staff position within the Clinical Informatics team of the Clinical Operations Group. The Clinical Interoperability Analyst II is involved at varying levels with all solutions supported by the team. These solutions provide clinicians, staff, patients and others with knowledge and context-specific information, intelligently filtered and presented at appropriate times, to enhance health and healthcare delivery.
In combination with a strong work ethic, success in this position includes working with limited supervision in the completion of assigned solutions, being a collaborative member of multi-disciplinary teams and a desire to continually learn and grow in an ever-changing environment. A customer service mindset and the ability to relate to partners with multiple and diverse backgrounds is crucial to excelling in this role.
What you will do in this role:
+ Completion of assigned deliverables in an accurate, timely and professional manner
+ Support deployment and implementation of enterprise-level solutions
+ Participate at various levels of operational support
+ Support analysis and assessment of solutions as part of solution life cycle management
+ Cultivate relationships with colleagues both inside and outside the department
What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor’s Degree - Required
+ Master’s Degree - Preferred
+ Product integration and implementation experience - Required
+ User support and engagement experience - Required
+ Familiarity with industry standards such as HL7, CDA/CCD, FHIR, etc. - Required
+ Experience with EMR or other healthcare information technology - Desirable
+ 2-4 years of relevant work experience - Required

+ Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written interactions
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Problem solving using analytical and critical thinking
+ Typical work week hours can vary depending on workload and deliverables, occasional weekend work
+ Ability to participate in after-hours support
+ Prolonged sitting at computer
Location/Schedule:
+ Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park) - Must live in Nashville, or be willing to self-relocate to the Nashville area for this role
+ Hybrid – Onsite Three Days/Week
Travel:
+ Very little travel may be required
