    Description

    Sr. Reliability TPM (Supplier Post PFHO AFR and RCA SLA Tracking): This supplier and internal customer facing role will work with engineers to drive discipline from vendors and internal partners to continuously track and improve supplier quality and reliability metrics and automation. Role will be accountable for supplier facing metrics.

    Key job responsibilities

    o This role will manage and improve performance of X vendors for Y different LLE.

    o Equipment Specific Performance Metric (E.G Annual Failure Rate)

    o Root Cause Analysis SLA (e.g., > 60 days)

    o Root Cause Analysis Quality

    o Corrective Action Implementation (% Complete)

    o This role will reduce engineering LOE by 50% driving automation on above KPIs

    o This role will publish monthly category review

    o Supplier/reliability metrics to internal customers

    o Publish top 2 critical quality/reliability issues for each category to leadership

    o Publish corrective actions completion of top 2 issues for each category

    o External supplier reviews with eternal customer (Monthly/Quarterly)

    o Track availability impacting issues (CSE/LSE/LLT) and publish root cause and corrective actions.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

     

    - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

     

    - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

     

    - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

     

    - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

     

    - 6+ cumulative years in a supplier-facing quality or reliability management role
