Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Control Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Control Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and good communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Anderson, IN
What's the Job?
+ Maintain and troubleshoot all Production PLCs, database systems, control networks, instrumentation, and electrical systems (480V and below).
+ Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and support system improvements.
+ Analyze line performance data from various systems and provide improvement support based on findings.
+ Document any automation program and system/device/instrument configuration changes.
+ Participate in NCE and Improvement teams to enhance operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
+ Strong mechanical and electrical skills, especially with electrical systems up to 480V.
+ Proven experience in PLC maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting; Allen Bradley preferred.
+ Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and edit HMI systems, preferably Wonderwares InTouch.
+ Good communication skills with operators and other mechanics.
+ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
