**Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Clinical Communications / Virtual Health Program Manager to join their team.** As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting clinical and virtual care teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent cross-functional communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Drive strategic planning and implementation for clinical communication tools (nurse call systems, smartphones, badges, on-call routing, and middleware systems).
+ Support the expansion of virtual health initiatives, including inpatient care and planning for hospital-at-home models.
+ Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to ensure effective alerting and communication workflows.
+ Evaluate and recommend technologies across mobile hardware and clinical communication platforms.
+ Oversee the integration of network and wireless concepts in mobile and virtual care infrastructure.
What’s Needed?
+ Experience with clinical communications tools (nurse call systems, iPhones, communication badges).
+ Knowledge of middleware routing systems and alerting workflows.
+ Familiarity with virtual health and remote care delivery models.
+ Understanding of mobile hardware, networking, and wireless technologies in a clinical setting.
+ Proven ability to lead strategy and implementation in a healthcare technology environment.
