Our client, a leader in the nutrition industry, is seeking a Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Engagement Services supporting the Nestlé Nutrition team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Fremont, MI

What's the Job?

+ Engage with consumers through phone, email, live chat, SMS text, and eCommerce platforms.

+ Support all brands within the Nestlé Nutrition CES team to foster consumer loyalty.

+ Drive sales and market share through exceptional customer service and personalized solutions.

+ Facilitate eCommerce initiatives and assist with product transactions.

+ Process quality incidents in accordance with FDA and Nestlé requirements.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Additional education or certification in customer service is considered a plus.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Competency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Engage OMNI.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a 24/7 engagement center.
