• Python Developer (GenAI RAG Platform)

    Location:

    4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the development, implementation, assessment, and support of Keys internal GenAI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform.

    + Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code for assigned tasks.

    + Actively work on resolving system and client experience impacts across various environments, applications, or platforms.

    + Take direction and embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers.

    + Demonstrate active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology.

    + Learn and adhere to recommended information security standards when developing code.

    + Assist in testing and evaluating new and emerging technologies during the selection process.

    + Utilize technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts when developing code.

    + Embrace and follow established standards and best practices.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in Python and experience with back-end development.

    + Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly Node.js and React.

    + Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management.

    + Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
