    Project Manager

     

    Champion Retail Housing Inc / Titan Factory Direct has an immediate opening for a Manufactured/Modular home project manager in the Candler, NC area. This position is responsible for managing single family housing projects under construction in multiple North Carolina counties. Titan Factory Direct is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the largest publicly held manufactured home producer in the country.

    Candidate must:

    + Possess a working knowledge of residential construction, permitting, home site preparation, project management and warranty service management.

    + Be able to interact with customers, vendors, and management.

    + Have the ability to multi-task.

    + Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.

    + Have a working knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, project management software.

    + Have reliable transportation, as this position requires local travel to job sites.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Initial site visits with clients

    + Gathering bids from subcontractors

    + Managing the permit process

    + Maintain a timeline with subcontractors and clients

    + Ensuring the projects stay within budget

    + Ensuring that projects stay on projected timeline
