Job Description:

Service Desk Technician

Key West, FL

Secret** **Clearance** **required

General Dynamics is seeking (2) an experienced service desk/help desk administrators to assist supporting our customer in Key West, FL.

Will perform standard troubleshooting and software resolution tasks via phone or in person.

Collect and perform analysis on complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system

Prepare complex flow charts, models, and procedures

Conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions

Conduct complex form design and layout activities

Prepare systems specifications

Develop technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems

Perform detailed analysis and systems designs

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

May serve as a team or task lead

EDUCATION:

BA/BS degree (or equivalent or combination of relevant education, training and experience)

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of overall experience

CERTIFICATIONS:

IAT level II Certification (i.e. Security+)

MD-102 (Microsoft Desktop Test - if you do not have can get prior to start)

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
