Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Culver City, California. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in managing accounts payable processes efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and ensure proper coding for financial records.

• Manage check runs, ensuring payments are made on time and correctly documented.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.

• Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve any payment issues promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all invoices are approved and processed efficiently.

• Utilize Yardi software for accounts payable tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Generate reports and summaries related to accounts payable activities as needed.

• Support the team in catching up on delayed accounts payable tasks to meet organizational deadlines. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing and check runs.

• Proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and payment issues.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
