• Systems Support Technician

    Robert Half Technology (Little Rock, AR)


    Description

    • Support of all software systems, services, and users as needed to support the business.

    • Provides product/software support for logistics solutions: TMS (Trimble Innovative), Omnitracs Roadnet, Trimble TMT, Transflo DMS, Geotab, and others.

    • Provides hardware and software support for mobile devices and management of MDM (SOTI)

    • Perform data entry for manual database record corrections

    • Performs IT related administrative tasks such inventory audits, creating documentation, etc.

    • Assists with AS400 administrative tasks such as user setup, user security and access settings, tape backups, etc.

    • Assist with software testing and upgrades.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Systems, Information Technology or similar field) or a minimum 3-5 years equivalent experience is required.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.

    • Experience with AS400/iSeries and/or experience with logistics-based software is preferred, but not required.

    • SQL and python knowledge is preferred, but not required.
