Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

+ Assists the Director of Finance with budget preparation and financial planning processes.

+ Perform financial analyses that encompass cost breakdowns, revenue, and profitability reviews to align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

+ Contribute to the preparation of yearly operating and capital budgets

+ Assists with budget review for compliance and identification of cost-saving opportunities.

+ Track productivity and operational metrics by preparing detailed statistical analyses on resource utilization and unit costs.

+ Partner with department leaders and service line managers to develop corrective action plans for operations that underperform against budget targets.

Requirements:

+ BS in Finance, Accounting or related

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields

+ Excellent communication abilities, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders.
