Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual individual to join our Environmental Health and Safety team as a Safety Administrator. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a manufacturing organization committed to maintaining high safety and compliance standards. Located in Aurora, Colorado, this role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English, as well as a strong background in administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Environmental Health and Safety department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Maintain and update safety-related databases and electronic filing systems with accuracy and timeliness.

• Translate documents, communications, and meetings between Spanish and English as required.

• Act as a liaison between the safety department and Spanish-speaking employees or external partners.

• Assist in coordinating and facilitating safety training and awareness programs across the organization.

• Participate in safety meetings, offering interpretation support to ensure clear communication.

• Help implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety compliance initiatives.

• Uphold strict confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation related to safety standards and compliance.

• Support the department in adhering to HIPAA compliance and other regulatory requirements. Requirements • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this position.

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a health and safety environment.

• Familiarity with environmental safety standards, compliance regulations, and HIPAA policies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel with advanced functions such as formulas and pivot tables.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage electronic filing systems and maintain accurate records.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
