• Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator

    Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a **Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator** position in **Marlborough, MA (01752)** . This is a **full-time, temporary** opportunity with standard weekday hours.

    Responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate include, but are not limited to:

    + Unload delivery trucks and receive incoming inventory

    + Pick and stage orders for shipment accurately and efficiently

    + Put away incoming inventory and returned items in designated locations

    + Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace

    + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed

    + Load outgoing deliveries and secure shipments

    + Support additional tasks across departments as required

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Minimum **6 months of sit-down forklift experience**

    + Warehouse background with knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures

    + Ability to **read and interpret work orders**

    + No more than **3 months of gaps in work history**

    + Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, pulling, twisting, and standing for 8-hour shifts

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly

    Job Details:

    + **Location:** Marlborough, MA 01752

    + **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1-hour unpaid lunch from 1PM–2PM)

    + **Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour

    + **Assignment Type:** Temporary

    + **Dress Code:** Casual but appropriate; **steel-toe shoes/boots required**

    + No false eyelashes or nails

    + No jewelry

    + No clothing with rips, tears, or holes

     

    This position may also support similar roles such as: Floater, Pipe Yard Associate (Inside/Outside), Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
