We are currently seeking a **Digital Beauty Advisor** for a prestigious global beauty leader known for innovation, creativity, and excellence in skincare, haircare, and cosmetics. This exciting hybrid role is based in **Berkeley Heights, NJ** and offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of digital brand engagement.
**Job Type:** Temporary
**Duration:** 1-year minimum, with potential to extend to 2 years
**Location:** Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid – onsite for training, then hybrid)
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend flexibility required)
**Pay Rate:** $29.23/hr
**Dress Code:** Business Casual
Key Responsibilities:
+ Engage with fans and followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
+ Support brand social channels with insights, responses, and trend-based engagement.
+ Monitor KPIs via Sprinklr, maintain reply rates and sentiment scores.
+ Collaborate with brand teams, escalate critical complaints, and stay aligned with content strategy.
+ Draft personalized responses using social FAQs and tone guides.
+ Track trends, suggest content improvements, and report back insights for brand innovation.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 1–2 years of social media engagement experience.
+ Customer service experience preferred.
+ Strong writing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
+ Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
+ Familiarity with major social platforms and tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
**Pay Details:** $29.23 per hour
