    **Shift Pattern:** varying, provide availability weekly, PM availability preferred

    **Hourly Rate:** $16\.66 per hour plus tip pool

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    + 1 year of serving/bartending experience, banquet experience preferred

    + MAST and Food Handlers certifications

    + Strong bartending background highly desired

     

    What will I be doing?

     

    As a Banquet Server/Bartender, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

     

    + Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments

    + Ensure menu knowledge

    + Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service

    + Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner

    + Stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
