Alamo Group Inc. is accepting applications to fill two (2) Summer Internships at its Corporate Headquarters in Seguin, TX. The internships are expected to last 60-90 days, beginning in June and ending in August 2025.

One intern will assist our Financial Accounting department, and the other will assist our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department.

Financial Accounting:

Working under the direct supervision of the Financial Accounting Manager, the summer intern will assist the manager with the following key projects and tasks:

+ Annual review and confirmation of corporate fixed assets.

+ Responding to U.S. Census requests and reports for SEC filing companies.

+ Verifying information to support our annual insurance negotiations and renewals.

+ Review and record the proper accounting treatment for certain leased assets.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the summer intern will assist with the following key projects and tasks:

+ Assist with financial reporting

+ Assist with executive analysis and executive presentations

+ Assist with financial systems development

+ Assist with competitive analysis

Interns must be pursuing a bachelor's degree (or above) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or equivalent program. Must be a Junior or above (2 years of undergraduate work completed with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above). Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours per week.
