We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in designing, writing, and publishing technical documentation. The ideal candidate will support our Design Quality Assurance and new product development initiatives, particularly within the medical devices sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and publish technical documentation, including labelling, technical publications, and collateral materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation for new medical device products.
- Utilize Propel software and contribute to the transition to Prysm 360.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Develop and maintain documentation templates and standards for consistency across all technical publications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical documentation, particularly in the medical device industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
