Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description
This role is essential to engineering and production teams. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in machining operations.
Responsibilities
+ Create and interpret technical drawings to support machining processes.
+ Develop and refine CNC programs for various machining operations.
+ Operate and oversee CNC machines.
+ Perform milling and machining tasks in accordance with project specifications.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow.
Essential Skills
+ Previous CNC programming experience.
+ Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks software.
+ Experience in millwork design and architectural drawings.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
+ Experience in Router-CIM and Solid-CIM 3D software.
+ 2 plus years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of Microvellum.
+ Familiarity with AutoCAD.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a newly constructed office space with industrial style fixtures, located next to the manufacturing floor. The office is designed with custom wood paneling, tables, and industrial fixtures, resembling a showroom. Employees are expected to work onsite five days a week, with some flexibility. The manufacturing floor is clean and well-organized, and the office space overlooks the production area through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
