WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

+ A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

+ Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)

+ Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture

+ Passion for team development and leading through others

+ A laser-like focus on the guest experience

+ The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements

+ A team player who can jump in and assist when needed

+ Previous multi-unit restaurant experience

+ The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
