    Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

     

    Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

     

    Pay Rate: $21 per hour

    About the Role

    We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position supports day-to-day operations across various warehouse functions including Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and Receiving. The ideal candidate is punctual, a self-starter, and has a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    Health & Safety

    + Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

    + Immediately report any incidents, injuries, or hazards

    + Actively participate in safety programs and training

    + Support a safe and environmentally responsible workplace

    Quality Control

    + Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions

    + Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products

    + Identify and isolate non-conforming materials

    + Report discrepancies and quality issues in a timely manner

    Warehouse Operations

    + Receive, sort, label, and store goods efficiently

    + Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship orders

    + Maintain organization of inventory and optimize storage

    + Meet cycle time and productivity standards

    Team Collaboration

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Participate in continuous improvement efforts

    + Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + Prior warehouse experience required (work orders, kitting, receiving, storing parts)

    + Forklift experience preferred but not required

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    + Willingness to work a consistent 1st shift schedule
