Production Associate - Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking to hire production workers in Nampa, ID for a day shift (6am-6pm) and night shift (6:00pm to 6:00am). This is an entry level assembly position, no previous experience is required, however candidates must have very good communication skills and basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience, are required. Candidate must be able to communicate in English.

Pay: $17.60/hour + OT

Responsibilities

+ Testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging of small electronic components

+ Option to sit/stand during the 10-hour shift, though standing will be required at times.

+ Lift no more than 10-15 lbs and meet assembly metrics.

+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

+ Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

+ Work on assignments that are routine in nature with limited judgment required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho. This is NOT a temp job.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
