    + Salary: $188,058-235,072 plus annual target bonus

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Drives and optimizes performance of the Field Sales teams through improved coordination with Customer, Commercial, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and the rest of Sales Operations.

    + Lead execution routines, including RED execution, In-Stock, and Availability.

    + Collaborate with Sales Operations Leadership team to plan, develop, and implement multi-year field execution improvements in routines and tools.

    + Provide feedback on market conditions and recommendations for market improvements to Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer & Commercial Officer, Market Unit Presidents, and VPs in Commercial, Customer, and Revenue Growth Management.

    + Travel up to 50%

    + Other projects or duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor's Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 8 plus years of management experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + Master’s Degree
