Your Role:

Our successful Public Area Shift Supervisor promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Directs maintenance program of designated group to ensure clean and attractive public environment.

+ Recommends, documents and issues discipline.

+ Responsible for assigning and oversight of public area services staff.

+ Responsible for direct supervision, evaluation and training of staff.

+ Requisitions supplies and equipment.

+ Assists in establishing standards and procedures for ensuring cleaning needs and excellent service.

+ Performs duties/functions of Public Area Manager in his/her absence.

+ Performs all other duties as assigned.

+ Promotes outstanding customer relations.

+ Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.

+ Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.

+ Able to stand and walk up to 6-8 hours.
