**This position is eligible for maximum telework (>50%) for applicants residing in the National Capital Region (DC, MD, VA).**

Duties: Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross- functional requirements. Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Candidates should have experience in the following fields:
+ 2 years experience supporting IT projects.
+ Mustbe familiar with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS TEAMS
+ Musthave Outstanding technical writing and communication skills
+ Able to thrive in an environment that works on many different tasks and projects simultaneously
+ Mustbe able to conduct analyses, measure various areas of performance, and develop process improvement initiatives
+ Mustbe able to assist in reviewing or creating documentation pertaining to system requirement
+ Understand the Software Development Lifecycle
+ Mustoffer ways to improve the client s processes and procedures as well asevaluate their needs and objectives
+ Offer guidance as to the best solutions to accomplish outcomes
+ Perform research and provide recommendations
+ Document Lessons Learned after each release
+ Musthost meeting and technical discussion
+ Able to learn the client s legacy systems and document technical requirement
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Experience & Skills :
+ Experience supporting IT projects in a hybrid/remote working environment
+ Possess advanced skills in MS Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, (MS Project is is a plus)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $62260 - $105820
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
