    Attorney Qualifications :

    + Possess a law degree from an accredited law school

    + Member of The Florida Bar in good standing

    + Knowledge of criminal laws and procedures

    + Ability to manage a high-volume caseload

    + Commitment to public service and protecting the rights of victims

    Summary of Duties :

    + Applicants must have knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and in writing.

    + Prosecutorial criminal casework.

    + Conduct legal research and writing.

    + Conduct depositions and interview witnesses, victims, and law enforcement to prepare cases for prosecution.

    + Trial work includes case preparation, jury selection, examining and cross-examining witnesses, opening statements, and closing arguments for trial.

    + Proficient management of casework.

    + The ability to use office computer software and equipment.

    Desired Skills:

    + The successful candidate will have the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment and present a professional and helpful demeanor.

    + Applicants should have Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel.
