Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, business, or utility experience.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Experience in an operating organization such as Electric, Gas, Construction, Central Operations Required

+ Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, and applies them in practice. Demonstrates excellent listening skills Required

+ Consistently proactive and demonstrates actions towards achieving the team objectives Required

+ Builds relationships and recognizes and understands the impact of diverse work styles and behaviors Required

+ Experience and familiarity with company policies, procedures, systems or business processes Required

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred or

+ Other: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Preferred
