    Full Stack Developer Expert ​ Operations & Technology ​ Puerto Rico         General Responsibilities Will act as a key senior resource who will oversee aspects of Information Technology. This role also requires a leadership aspect, which translates into mentoring and helping others in the team, while also keeping abreast of new technologies. The experts should also have a deep understanding of all the systems available at EVERTEC to design new solutions or offer alternatives for the implementation of new projects. An understanding of the development languages, frameworks and methodologies, along with knowledge of software testing, security, operating systems and networking, are desirable attributes.     Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.   Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related area from a four-year college or university. Must have five to seven years of experience supporting complex systems or applications, exposure to end-user support, system or application development, and previous experience documenting technical specifications. Experience in system integration and the ability to understand internal dependencies and how to coordinate with different team members for the successful execution of new technologies, upgrades, and modifications. Great analysis and interpretation skills to evaluate business needs and special requests. Previous programming knowledge in Java, SQL, C##, Switch, and payment methods and channels.     Knowledge and Skills Required Analysis: Knows how to identify relevant resources, conduct research, observes, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all them. Assesses information and possible results. Demonstrates attention to detail; applies general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense (deductive reasoning); synthesizes and combines pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events-inductive reasoning). Critical Thinking: Ability to apply data collection, data mining, data analysis and statistical techniques to evaluate information. Uses a comprehensive approach to questions status and generates innovative ideas. Applies problem solving techniques for every situations. Identifies actions to transform business. Communication: Communicate effectively both oral and written in Spanish and English. Speaks correctly, fluently and provide clear information to different audiences in a comprehensive and assertive way, including but not limited to internal and external clients, team members, executives, consultants, among others. Pays full attention and takes time to understand the points being made and demonstrates understanding. Asks questions appropriately, and does not interrupt at inappropriate times. Solution builder: Ability to analyze complex data, situations and problems to identify root cause to design and implement the adequate solutions according to the problems or task assigned. Thinks outside the box to address technical issues, managerial situations, employees' performance, financial or business related situations, according the role assigned. Use creative and innovative thinking to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner, assuring customer satisfaction and business efficiency. Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate self-awareness, self-confidence and self-control in different situations. Manages relationships effectively using empathy to understand every point of view and influence behavior. Strategic Planning: Knowledge and application of strategic planning principles and techniques; this includes developing objectives and activities to achieve them, identify milestones, allocate resources and results. Able to define a strategy aligned to organization vision and strategic objectives. Analyzes business trends and their impact, anticipates potential obstacles to success, and facilitates the process of gaining strategic clarity.
