**Location:** 2350 MEADOWS BLVD, Castle Rock, 80109

The role you’ll contribute:

Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Continually monitors patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel. Responsible for accuracy of reports and error reconciliation. Troubleshoots equipment problems and communicates needs to leader. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

+ Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a RN.

+ Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.

+ Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.

+ Reports patient status changes and needs to RN accurately and in a timely manner.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

_Required qualifications:_

+ **_High School Diploma OR GED_**

+ **_Trade/Technical school_**

+ **_Graduate of a nursing assistant programs._**

+ **_Six months previous CNA experience, preferred Previous telemetry experience, preferred._**

+ **_Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic computer skills._**

+ **Certified Nurse Assistant**

+ BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).

_Preferred qualifications:_

+ Related Experience.

+ Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT).

+ Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
