    Job Summary

    Join the University of Utah’s Auxiliary Business Development team as a Student Fulfillment Manager! In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution of client sponsorships by managing contract deliverables, assisting with event activations, coordinating advertising placements across campus, and compiling professional proof-of-performance reports. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in client management, marketing fulfillment, and event coordination while playing a critical role in bringing brand partnerships to life on campus.

     

    An ideal candidate would start this summer.

    Responsibilities

    + **Contract Fulfillment:** Track and manage client contract deliverables, ensuring all sponsorship elements are executed as promised.

    + **Event Activation:** Support the planning and execution of on-campus sponsor activations, including set-up, brand representation, and tear-down.

    + **Campus Advertising:** Coordinate placement and scheduling of advertisements on digital signage, posters, and other ABD -owned inventory.

    + **Proof-of-Performance Reporting:** Collect and organize data, photos, and metrics to create professional reports that document sponsorship impact.

    + **Client Support:** Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm fulfillment status and address client needs in a timely manner.

    + **Inventory Oversight:** Assist with asset management and storage of branded materials used during activations.

    + **Office and Admin Tasks:** Provide additional office support, including scheduling, email communications, and organizational tasks.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Must be a current University of Utah student.

     

    Preferences

     

    + Must be a current, enrolled student at the University of Utah.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

    + Ability to attend campus events, including some evenings and weekends.

    + Clean driving record.

    + Prior experience in marketing, sponsorship, events, or administrative roles.

    + Experience working with digital platforms or signage software is a plus.

    + Graphic design or photo editing knowledge is a bonus.
