About the Role: Strategic Aide to the CEO
This is not your typical executive assistant position. This is a fast-track, high-impact strategic support role for someone w ho is ready to get hands on experience learning how a global enterprise operates at the highest level.
As the Strategic Aide to the CEO, you will be embedded in Alkegen’s most critical initiatives and leadership conversations. You will work directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, supporting high-priority strategic projects, internal communications, and organizational alignment efforts across the enterprise. This position serves as a launching pad into future leadership roles in strategy, operations, or general management.

What You’ll Do
+ Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO, helping manage priorities, communications, and organizational alignment.
+ Participate in the development, tracking, and communication of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
+ Build presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences, including board-level engagements.
+ Assist in planning and facilitating executive meetings, off- sites , and business reviews.
+ Supporting in calendar management for CEO along with travel arrangements
+ Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and business unit leaders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
+ Conduct ad-hoc strategic research and analysis to support executive decision-making.
+ Partner with Marketing, HR, and Communications teams to amplify executive messaging across the company.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Who You Are
+ A recent MBA graduate or early-career professional (1–3 years of experience) eager to build a long-term career in strategy, operations, or general management.
+ A clear, confident communicator with strong business acumen and executive presence.
+ Organized, proactive, and resourceful—able to manage ambiguity and tight deadlines with poise.
+ Curious, collaborative, and highly coachable.
+ A strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and working across functional lines.
+ Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Workday, or Asana is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or equivalent graduate degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
+ Internship or early experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced business environment.
+ Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
