About the Role

Are you a hands-on DevOps expert with a passion for leading teams and building scalable cloud infrastructure? We’re looking for a DevOps Tech Lead to drive innovation, automation, and excellence across our cloud platforms. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, offering the opportunity to architect robust DevOps solutions while mentoring a high-performing team of engineers.

As the DevOps Tech Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, GCP, EKS, and GKE. You’ll also bring your Kubernetes expertise and Infrastructure-as-Code experience to the forefront, helping us scale our systems securely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

+ Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

+ Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, EKS, and GKE.

+ Kubernetes Expertise: Implement and manage container orchestration and workloads; strong understanding of Kubernetes internals is a must.

+ CI/CD Automation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment.

+ Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

+ Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace) to ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and system reliability.

+ Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

+ Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis to ensure platform stability.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure and DevOps strategies.

+ MuleSoft & Runtime Fabric (RTF): Support MuleSoft deployments and developers with Runtime Fabric management and optimization.

What We’re Looking For

+ Proven Leadership: 3+ years leading DevOps or Cloud Engineering teams.

+ Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with AWS, GCP, EKS, and GKE.

+ Kubernetes Expert: Solid hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes components.

+ IaC Champion: Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC tools.

+ Automation Savvy: Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with DevOps automation frameworks.

+ Monitoring & Logging: Familiar with tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar APM/observability platforms.

+ Security-Oriented: Knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud security best practices, and compliance standards.

+ Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

+ MuleSoft Knowledge: Experience supporting MuleSoft apps and familiarity with Runtime Fabric (RTF).
