_Dubuque, IA_ | _$40,000/year base + commissions & benefits_

_Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM_ | _Travel within a 50+ mile radius_

Are you driven to succeed and ready to build a rewarding sales career? We’re hiring an **Outside Sales Representative** to join a local company's team in Dubuque! This role offers _unlimited earning potential_ , a supportive inside sales team, and great benefits including a car allowance, cell phone, and bonus opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct sales through appointments, proposals, cold calls, emails, and networking

+ Work leads generated by our inside sales team

+ Manage your schedule with self-motivation and discipline

+ Understand customer needs and offer effective solutions

+ Travel throughout your assigned territory (50+ mile radius)

What You’ll Bring:

+ Strong drive to succeed and professional discipline

+ Excellent communication and time management

+ Ability to work under pressure and follow training

+ Sales experience preferred, but not required

+ Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Get:

+ $40K/year base salary (based on experience)
